I would use TPR in the future but only with smaller children as i think it works better with them :) I really like the method though, and i think it works when it is done regularly
I will use it. I think the basic TPR is only for the start when you teach a foreign language because the traditional way is without speaking and when the children have to learn words, I think they have to say it and not only show it. It is a good system to start.
I definitely think it works with younger students in teaching a second language, but perhaps when they are older they will find the repetition boring and may become less engaged. But definitely in teaching the basics it will help.
Yes I would use TPR in my lessons because of the learning proceeds. When children using movements and when they are copying they will remember the words. Although it's a great method for younger children, the method is too childish for the older children, in my opinion. Then TPRS is a good solution.
